The Burgwedel based company „Swedix“ is helping school classes, sports clubs and teams to raise funds by using an old Swedish technique.

Whether it is the prom night, a new purchase for a club, the realization of a social project or the next class trip – financial means are always needed to realize such projects. This basic idea is taken up by the Swedish brothers Pierre and Paul Maielli in their newly founded company Swedix. They want to implement the well-established concept in Germany.

“Specifically, the aim is to sell a high-quality delicacy that is unique in Germany to friends, family and neighbors. A part of the revenue is given to the club as a donation”, explains Pierre Maielli. Swedix is offering a gift box with high quality salami from Sweden. The box with three salamis (250gr each) costs 19EUR. Five EUR are the donation towards the sellers, who can consequently finance their projects. “Aside from the good cause for school classes, clubs or youth institutions, the quality and sustainability are very important to us. The salamis are produced directly in Sweden by the medium-sized company Värmlandschark.”

In Germany, Swedix is collaborating with the social institution “Hannoversche Werkstätten”. “Our products are delivered to them, packed up and delivered to our customers.” All information, an explanatory movie and the possibility to order a starter package can be found on www.swedix.de.
